Livestock Sector Advisory Services in Mongolia

Prime Consulting has supported livestock sector development in Mongolia, with a focus on improving slaughter practices, food safety outcomes and commercial sustainability within the local operating context.

This work contributed to strengthening industry knowledge and reforming existing practices, balancing animal welfare, hygiene standards and viable business operations. Engagement with local stakeholders was central to ensuring recommendations were practical and locally appropriate.
