For the Philippines Red Cross and the New Zealand Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade, Prime Consulting supervised demolition of an existing facility, and led the redesign and supervised construction of a new emergency warehouse in Tacloban, Eastern Visayas.

Training and mentoring was provided to staff at a provincial power company to build the capability needed to operate and maintain a one megawatt solar generation facility and associated distribution lines.

Prime Consulting managed the rehabilitation and upgrade of this state owned research farm, overseeing design, procurement and construction across a wide capital works programme from roading and drainage to pasture development.

Contracted by the Asian Development Bank, Prime Consulting designed a framework and implementation guidelines to improve water security across water stressed provinces, modernising community irrigation schemes and promoting climate resilient farming practices.

Prime Consulting led the design and construction of 20 low cost dams built and maintained by farmer groups. Improved irrigation increased crop incomes by an average of 51 percent within the first year.

Oversight was provided for a 3.6 kilometre concrete channel serving six villages, including turnouts, pedestrian crossings and 22 washpoints added at the request of local women.

Prime Consulting managed the full design, procurement and construction of a 600 metric tonne bioclimatic storage warehouse and packhouse, now operated by a farmer-owned cooperative. The project included site works, utilities, equipment installation and operator training.

Support was provided to the Fisenge Dairy Business Union Cooperative to establish a milk processing centre, covering business case development, construction, equipment installation, staff training and laboratory setup.

Feasibility studies and design blueprints were completed for 10 national Agricultural Industrial Parks, including full engineering specifications.

Following an initial feasibility assessment, Prime Consulting completed the detailed design for a large-scale commercial sheep farming operation, including site layout, infrastructure requirements and husbandry systems.
