Mr Ngolwe Sikazwe

Mr Ngolwe Sikazwe is an experienced, dynamic and results-oriented development professional who believes in utilising a market approach to solve most of the challenges faced by today’s farmers and the rural poor.

Based in Zambia, Mr Sikazwe is exceptionally skilled in research, data collection and analysis, partnership engagement, agriculture finance, agribusiness management, community facilitation and sales and marketing of agriculture products.

Mr Sikazwe is currently a Senior Business Support Officer with the Zambia Dairy Transformation Programme (ZDTP), which Prime is implementing in conjunction with NIRAS International Consulting.

He is working with several Dairy Cooperative Unions made up of smallholder farmers across six target districts to develop their business operations through advice and mentorship on governance, business and financial management, record keeping, business development and sustainability.

Mr Sikazwe’s previous roles in Zambia include facilitating microfinance projects for AFRICARE Zambia and managing business development of Kickstart International’s innovative ‘MoneyMaker’ irrigation pumps.

Mr Sikazwe has a Degree in Development Studies and is currently completing an MBA in Entrepreneurship.
